At Timeless Wedding Films we want you to be able to fully enjoy your big day and as such take a discreet and unobtrusive approach to our wedding films.  Unlike other offerings, we have two videographers as standard in all our main packages.  This ensures that we capture every little moment of your wedding day, and can literally be in two places at once!  All our video and audio equipment is of high quality and our films feature cinematic shots like time-lapses.   We have a wide selection of affordable packages that can be customised to be as unique as your wedding.

The moments that make up a wedding day only happen once.  There is no second take of the important “I do”, first kiss or walking down the aisle.  Weddings can be unpredictable and having two experienced filmmakers on hand ensures that all these moments are captured.  While one of us is filming your session with the photographer, the other can be at your reception, recording everything you’re missing.  This is not possible with only one videographer and we believe this is an important and often overlooked aspect in making the perfect wedding film.  Many companies charge more for this, but we don’t!

Our packages require a £200 deposit to secure the date.  The deposit is then deducted from the overall cost of your package.  We take payments via Bank Transfer.  The remaining (final) balance is due 14 days before the date of your wedding.  You can make a payment in instalments if you wish before the due date.

There are no penalties should you wish to reschedule your wedding.  Your deposit will be carried over to your new date.  If we are unavailable on your rescheduled date, your deposit will be returned.

The normal waiting time is 6-12 weeks.  How long it takes is depending on how many weddings we have in the queue.  Each film is painstakingly edited in real time with immense attention-to-detail.  If you want to see some of the footage quicker, consider adding a teaser trailer to your package which will be delivered within two weeks of your wedding.  Alternatively, we can sometimes offer an express turnaround at a cost.  Please let us know should this be something you’re interested in.

With all packages you will receive a private password-protected link to stream or download the film online.  If you have ordered our Gold or Platinum package, a USB stick in a beautiful presentation box will also be sent to the address you have given us, this will contain all your final films in digital format.
